Look at the size of his head for 6 months of age! What a BIG boned GORGEOUS German Shepherd he is !!! Koa resides in the St. Louis area with Glenn and family.

Hi Kathy, congrats on Ava and Ruger's new litter! What a good photo of the new litter!
As far as Koa goes, he is doing great! What a loving family member he has become! Health wise he had his 6 month check up and all is well!!
He has really grown accustomed (learned his boundaries) for the new invisible fence that we had put in since we can not have fences in our yards because of our subdivision by-laws. He will walk right up to the edge but only on a very rare occasion will he test the fence...usually when he is chasing a rabbit or squirrel off his turf!! ;-)
He has become so attached to our two grand kids (8 and 3) and seems to watch over them like a hawk!
Attached are some 6 month Pics. You can see in the pics he has finally started to enjoy the fall weather since it has recently started cooling off. He will lay in the yard for hours on end perfectly content being on squirrel and rabbit patrol!
Good luck with the new pups....I'm sure the pups will turn out to be just as fine as Ava and Ruger's first Litter!

Just wanted to send a few pics of Koa. He is still growing!
He is really beginning to develop his "personality". He is such a joy to have around!
We did find out recently (by accident) that he really enjoys the sprinkler. Attached are some pics of his sprinkler play time! He played under it for nearly 20 minutes non-stop so he slept well the entire afternoon!
Another bonus, he brings my paper in every morning now and loves to do it!!

Just wanted to thank you again for the most wonderful, beautiful dog anyone could ever have. Can you believe it's been ten years since we drove from Oregon to Missouri so Zoey could be in our family. What a difference she has made in both Gary and my life.
She's so beautiful that people have stopped when I'm walking her and got out to meet her. She's so smart that you only have to verbalize a command and she follows it. And I could go on and on!
But you're the one that is responsible for all of that and we can't thank you enough.

Love her to death! Very bright and learns quickly plus lots of personality. Has slept thru the night in her crate by the bed since we brought her home. Now 19lbs 6oz. Has really taken to socializing and gets along well with people and other family dogs. Everyone remarks how beautiful she is. Very mouthy but improving.
Gets along great with all the grandkids and loves to go with me in the truck. Very healthy according to the vet. She minds well and making good progress on all the basic commands. She is my best buddy ! Thanks to you for providing great dogs and happiness to families. -jd-

Hi Kathy,
Hope all is well with you and that you and your family had an enjoyable 4th of July weekend.
So we took our first trip with Koa this past weekend. We went to Hot Springs AR and stayed in a pet friendly motel.
He did great, no accidents!
We went to some places with people around. Many people came up and complimented on what a great looking Shepherd and well mannered puppy he was! So thanks for getting him off to such a great start!
I took him in our back yard on the evening of the 4th to get him used to hearing fireworks off in the distance.... It didnt even really phase him even when some loud ones a few blocks away went off!
Also, we had a big storm with a lot of lightning move through this morning and he and I sat out and watch the storm move through. The lightning didn't even phase him. I'm just trying to get him acclimated to as many sounds, people and noises as I can right now.
He is walking on a leash now and also loves to just follow us around and be around people.
He is nipping a lot and still goes for shoe strings but we are slowly breaking him of this (I think). He seems to be bonding with me real well (and I with he)!
I am signing him (and us) up for training classes so that I get him trained the right way. The place we will be going to uses the Tom Rose teaching techniques if you have any idea what that is???? Hopefully from what I can tell it looks like a good program. They specialize in German Shepherd's.
Attached is the copy of the initial vet visit. By the way our vet said she was really impressed with how house broken the puppy was at 8 weeks and that you as a breeder had insured it had 3 series of shots and what a great looking and healthy puppy he is.
His stool came back totally negative which the vet was also impressed with coming right from a breeder. So again compliments to you as a breeder.

I have another vet visit tomorrow and I will also be getting the AKC papers filled out now that we decided on his name (Koa - Hawaiian meaning Brave Bold Fearless...)

She is so smart it's crazy! She sits, shakes hands, lays down and stays also waits at the door to put her leash on. No accidents rides in the car wonderful to work every morning and evening. I love her so much already. Smartest dog I've ever had. My kids love her and everyone at work does too!

Im sure you have a busy day today! Little Jetta is doing fabulous! No accidents in the house, she slept with me all night lol! I take her outside and don't even have to have a leash on her, she stays right with me! She is so smart! She already knows, come, kennel, and shake lol i love love love her so much!

So exciting! I wish we were ready for another puppy...especially after seeing your pics, but we're working on adopting another kiddo for now.
Oakley is wonderful and we love him so much. Him and Holden are best buddies for sure. Attached a couple pics of the family.

This is Kimber she is a grand-daughter to Ben x Bella. Kimber is a pup from our Abby who's parents are Ben x Bella. Abby was sold to Gjon in Texas and he bred Abby to his dog Artie who produced Kimber.

I told Maher as soon as I got your email this morning. I drive 4 hours a day to get to and from work, 120 miles a day! Maher has been talking about getting Bayann a puppy of her own lately LOL omg

Just wanted to say hello and tell you that Kimber is doing great!! She did go into heat and I did have her spayed. I love her! We have been going on lots of adventures to different state parks here every weekend in Arkansas. We walk together every day at least two miles. Everyone here loves her! I'm going back home to STL next week and can't wait to see her and Kaya play again. She's the best! Hope all is well with you!!
This is "Ben" and Louis. Ben was sold in November 2015 and went to a wonderful LOVING home with Attorney Louis and family. Ben now resides in Las Vegas, NV.

I'm so happy for you! Your email made my day. That is so exciting don't tempt me in to buying another puppy haha. Kimber is perfect. I came back into my room to her in my bed the other day. She's so spoiled I love her! She's just the sweetest! We've been on an hour walk pretty much everyday and everyone at work loves her. Thank you! Congrats!
